Liberated School House is an intentionally small, home-based Montessori preschool located in Southwest Portland, serving children ages 2 to 5 years old.
Our days are grounded in Montessori principles and enriched with child-led play, social-emotional learning, Spanish language exposure, and a screen-free environment that protects the magic of early childhood.
With a maximum of just 12 children, we are able to truly know each child, supporting their independence, honoring their individuality, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Inside, we offer two large and spacious classrooms designed to support both community and independence, allowing children to come together or find quiet moments of focus as they need.
Outdoors, our purposeful play space invites exploration, movement, and connection with nature.
Surrounded by lush greenery and a calm, quiet neighborhood, the environment naturally supports a sense of peace and presence.
